I'm a 75 year old straight male.
Im looking for a compatible, responsible Male or Female, (one person only, 40 to 75 years old), who wants to rent a private room and bath, (which includes full house priviledges) and share my townhome with me. The room will be available Saturday December 1, 2018. The rent is $ 700.00 a month which includes all
utilities, including Wi-fi and Cable TV. On move-in, the first month's rent is due; plus a $500.00 (refundable) security deposit. Also, a $100 " refundable" cleaning fee is due. Initially, we'll both have a lot of questions that need to be answered. You must have proof of income, be neat, clean, respectful of others and their property. I am! You'll find me to be personal, friendly, reasonable and flexible. Smoking, Drugs, Drunks, Animals, and Children are not welcome! The bedroom, (14.5 x 15.5 sq. ft. ), is fully furnished with high quality furniture, which includes a wall-mounted, Smart 42" TV, a Queen Size bed, two (2) end tables, two (2) chairs, and
an 18 drawer dresser with mirror... and a large closet. You will also have full access to the kitchen, laundry room, dining room, breakfast nook, living room, and use of the exercise equipment and a large desk and file cabinet that are located in the exercise room.
However, my Office, Bedroom and Bath are off limits to you! You'll find quite, comfortable and secure surroundings here. This is a gated community comprised of mostly seniors, living in 110 one-level Townhouses. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained! There are two swimming pools and a tennis court. Garage or guest parking is available. There is no RV parking! Great location! City Bus Stop, located (75 Yards), at entry to complex on Warm Springs Road.
Two miles, (North, South, East or West), in any direction, you will find many major shopping and entertainment centers that will meet all of your needs. It's about six-miles to the Las Vegas Strip and/or UNLV. I do not work! I spend most of my time on my computer, working on developing and selling a couple of commercial ideals related to online casinos. I also watch some Cable News. I do not have any regular hours for sleeping. I am honest and trustworthy. I will respect you, your privacy and your property. I am an ex-Marine, a registered democrate; and I am an agnostic.
