I am looking to fill a large bedroom in a 2 bed/1.5 bath house in a GREAT location: only 3 blocks to UNM North Campus and 8 min walk to the hospital! This is a lease takeover.
It will be available anytime between December 20th - January 1st. House has a huge fenced in backyard and gets lots of natural sunlight. Washer/dryer are in the houseand garage for storage space. The living space is mostly furnished but additional furniture is acceptable, the bedroom available will be unfurnished.
The other tenant is a man in his mid-20s who is very chill, down to earth, clean, and quiet. He has a 3 year old dog who is well-behaved and calm, open to other dogs with landlord and tenants approval! The household is generally kept quiet, tidy and clean. Other tenant keeps to himself but is always open to chat and hang out. Another student or easy going professional is preferred.
